Matt Jackson is an American artist living in the Netherlands. He works mainly with wood, papier-mâché, clay and charcoal, combining technical skill with theatrical imagination and expressiveness.

Exhibitions of his work often consist of carefully composed installations combined with live performances.

In addition to his personal work, he has been making puppets and masks for theatre and film for 25 years, working with renowned companies across Europe.
