In October of 2023 I conducted a 10-day masterclass at Figurteatret i Nordland in Stamsund, Norway.  

 

This course allowed me to guide the group of international artists through the cycle of design, sculpting,

wood-working, & organic paper-mache all with a focus on natural materials.

Alongside these practical exercises in the workshops we also spent time exploring how to bring life to simple materials, preparing us to connect with final puppets.
